BRETT JONES 10K FOR THE 4TH YEAR RUNNING

This year, the Brett Jones 10k will be held on Saturday 10th June 2017 along with the children's junior mile starting at Hoylake Community Centre! To enter, please apply online or enter on the day.

Enjoy a scenic and professionally timed 10k race along the seafront, whatever your ability. Brett was a Wirral born boxer who excelled at county level and coached hundreds of children and young people throughout his life. But, most importantly, he was a fun, loving and caring friend to everyone around him. After a short battle with pancreatic cancer, Brett tragically passed away in February 2014 aged just 56. All proceeds will support the Pancreatic Research Fund, the only national charity fighting pancreatic cancer on all fronts (support, information, campaigning and research) and local sports (boxing and rugby) who work with children and young people. Personalise your own race bib and run in honour of someone special or simply run the race to help raise money for these fantastic causes.
