Training nights :
Tuesday 7.00pm - Strength and conditioning
Thursday 7.00pm - Squad sessions
Selection for all two senior sides. The selection committee made up of the team captains/managers and coaches will select all three teams on a weekly basis. The onus is on the player to train and be available for selection throughout the season. Player communication with the captains, managers and coaches is a must. We expect you to make our selection decisions difficult for the right reason.
