Wrens welcome new physio

By Gordon Foster

Rainworth MW are delighted to announce the appointment of a new head physiotherapist.

Joining manager Ben Marvin's new backroom staff in the role is Abbie Truman, who is currently in her final year as a sports therapy student at Staffordshire University.
A former player with Derby County, Chesterfield and Notts County Ladies, Abbie's playing career was ended by injury, leading to her change of direction into sports therapy.
She is also currently an intern at Derbyshire County Cricket Club.
She said: "I am very grateful to have been offered the post of head physiotherapist At Rainworth. I am looking forward to meeting and working with all the staff and hope for a successful season."
Manager Ben Marvin added: "I am happy to announce that Abbie has agreed to join my backroom staff.
"She comes with some very good recommendations, and her medical knowledge will be extremely valuable to us during the coming season."
