Reds’ pre-season programme set to get underway

Redditch United’s players are back in pre-season training and are gearing up for Friday’s visit of League Two side, Port Vale, to The TRICO Stadium (7.45pm KO).

New First-Team Manager, Paul Davis, will have a chance to watch his squad in action against EFL opposition, and The Reds’ faithful can check out up to 11 new signings that may appear ahead of the 2018/2019 Evo-Stik South – Premier season.

Like all pre-season fixtures, it will be a good opportunity for the players to build-up their fitness levels and force their way into the manager’s thinking ahead of the opening league game of the season.

Club officials have decided to reduce the original ticket prices set, so adults can now gain entry for £5, concessions for £3 and under-16s can attend for free with an accompanying adult. The Reds’ Bar will be open as usual, with ‘Happy Hour’ to take place in the bar after the game – including £2.50 for a pint of draught lager, cider and Worthington’s.
