Teams

Available to any adults (both male and female) over 16 years old.

Wednesday evenings 7.15 pm - 8.30 pm

Please arrive early and warm-up fully before start of games.

Sessions will last for 60 - 75 minutes and involve introductions, coaching of basic skills and fully organised and refereed touch rugby games.

All playing equipment is provided but please wear suitable footwear and sports kit for the conditions and bring water bottles.

The Touch Union Sessions will be run by Selby RUFC volunteers.
