Dates for your Diary

THIS Sunday (27th August) is President's Day and all club members are welcome to enjoy the cricket, bacon rolls, cream teas and fish 'n' chip supper provided by our President Geoff Miles. This is a day to celebrate the club's existance and everyone's support and participation within it, young and old, so would be great to see you there!

If you haven't purchased your Prize Draw ticket yet, pop into the club on Saturday (the 1st and 3rd XI are playing) and purchase yours at the bar. This draw will take place on Sunday during President's Day.

As August comes to a close, so does the season, with the last round of senior league games on the 2nd September. Following these games we will be "shutting the club down" on Saturday 16th September. If you can spare even just an hour between 10:00 and 16:00 on this day we'll make short work of the, er, work, because many hands make light work...

Finally, we are currently due to have our End of Season Cricket Dinner the following week on Saturday 23rd September at Cokethorpe School - more details will follow shortly, keep an eye out here and on our Facebook page.
