Notes:
a) Propositions shall be considered at a SHC General Meeting providing they are submitted in writing preferably via email to reach the Club Secretary no later than 7:45pm 2nd August 2017. All propositions received and to be considered at AGM will be displayed on the SHC notice board for at least the 10 days before the SHC AGM and until the date of the meeting.

b) Apologies for absence to Club Secretary by email please.

c) All club members, honorary members and volunteers, juniors and their parents are welcome to attend the AGM and to take part in any debate with the permission of the Chair. However, please note that only eligible voting members as per the SHC constitution will be entitled to vote on any AGM proposals. Voting members are fully paid-up members (Senior Playing and Junior Playing if over 16 yrs old, Honorary Life, Life and Vice-Presidents).
