Timperley Women Finish 2nd at Easter 8s

On Easter Saturday the Timperley Ladies team dressed up as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and finished 2nd in the friendly Easter 8s tournament held at Stockport Lacrosse Club. The "Turtles" went undefeated in group play, advancing to the semi-finals where they defeated a strong Welsh Dragon squad. Timperley ended up losing to JNGLA in the final, but won many supporters throughout the day due to their fancy dress outfits. It was a highly enjoyable day of lacrosse and a great way for some of the players to show off their creative sides.
