Teams

The U6’s age group is the youngest entry point for new players and parents joining the Trinity Guild RFC. This age group is lovingly referred to as the 'Giants'; and is the only section in the Club that spans two school year age groups, Reception and Year 1.

The coaching team are fully RFU certified and have passed the rigorous DBS checks required to deliver exciting, enjoyable, structured introductory sessions for young boys and girls wanting to learn how to play rugby.

Using a combination of team-based fun games and traditional junior rugby drills we will prepare for life in the U7’s where they will go onto play ‘tag’ rugby against other local teams. We will often include parents in our games (don’t worry it’s not compulsory!) and where fixtures allow, train with other local U6 teams.

Training is between 10am -12pm (10am-11am for U5 and 10am – 11.30am for U6) every Sunday morning between the first Sunday in September and the last Sunday in April with pre-advised breaks for Christmas and Easter holidays.
