Shalford Awards

The awards at Shalford were as follows:

Man of the Match: Malorie
An outstanding spell of bowling accounting for well set top and middle order batsmen had Mal a clear front runner for the award.

The Pink t-Shirt: No Award
Well done all!

W-Anchor Hat: Mog
In the 34th over (or thereabouts) a gentle looping catch made its way ponderously into Mid Wicket where Mog was poised like an arthritic snail to take a simple head high catch. Regrettably he then snatched at the ball and endeavoured to close his hands before the ball got to him in what has been variously described as "rubbish", "sh**e", "the drop of the season" and "standard".
