Juniors end season with successful Presentation Evening

The evening, in which 70 parents and players turned up, celebrated the U13s finishing third
in their league, the newly formed U11 Hard Ball team finishing runners-up and the U11 Soft Ball team making a cup final and winning, the U11 League. Nathan Allen and Marcus Palamountain were joint captains of this team.

All the juniors received personalized, laminated certificates and all trophies were individually named. These were presented by first team captain Andy Hill.

The Lionel Cranfield Memorial Trophies (presented by Club President Andrew Wilson) were awarded for outstanding achievements to Jim Craig and Joe Bradshaw.

We would like to thank all coaches and assistants for their efforts in running the junior section this year. These are: David Murphy, Jacob Vaughan, Peter Wilson, Robbie Green, Sam Conroy, Chris Hill and Roman Hrachowina.

We would also like to thank Mary Hrachowina who made a buffett snack for the children and Margaret Murphy who made cakes, as well as parents who provided raffle prizes and Christine Hill for running the raffle.
