Notice Of AGM

TO: All members in subscription

I am directed by the Management Committee to give you notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will take place on Friday 20th April at 8 pm at the Clubhouse when the following business will be considered: -

1. Apologies for absence.
2. Approval of Minutes for Annual General Meeting 2017
3. Receiving and approval of Officers’ reports for Season 17/18.
4. Approval of accounts for year ending 30th September 2017.
5. Change of rule. The Management Committee propose that there should be added to the list of Officers an additional post of "Vice­ Chairman”.
6. Election of Officers for season 2018/2019
7. To receive an update from the Club Trustees concerning the approach from Bancroft’s School to consider ground sharing agreement within enhanced facilities.
8. Any Other Business of which notice has been properly given to me in writing by 13th April

A list of Officers will be posted in the Clubhouse with facility to propose candidates for election.
