7. Proposed changes to the Club Constitution – recommendations – Jackie Dyer

a) that a Parent Representative be elected to the Executive Committee as a full voting member
b) that the Director of Mini and Junior Rugby be known as The Director of Age Grade Rugby
c) that the following changes are made when appointing team captains
i). women players only should propose and vote for their captain(s)
ii). men players only should propose and vote for the Club, Second XV and any other male team captain.
iii). vice-captains will be advised following the AGM, having been agreed by the ‘new’ captains in place
iv). Executive Committee members who are players may abstain from voting
