TRAINING FOR NEXT FEW WEEKS

It is no secret that the weather has been playing havoc with training over the last while. We have addressed the situation prior to our busy run up of important games up to Xmas. Please note the following:

Thursday 22nd Gym session at Birkmyre Gym

Tuesday 27th Training at Parklea in Port Glasgow from 7.00 to 8.00 on the 4G pitch. Please note we have gone to a lot of trouble to get this facility and need to make it work. The times of 7.00 to 8.00 do not mean arrive at 7.00 it means be on the surface for 7.00 for a short sharp session.

If you need directions please ask someone who knows, otherwise please be there on time.
