Blofield FC's first team are still searching for their opening win of the season after a disappointing display against a very well organised visiting CEYMS team, who fully deserved their win.
The scoreline might assume that there was very little between the two sides, but this couldn't be further from the truth as the away side dominated proceedings for the first 80 minutes.
It was only the last 10 minutes that the home side came into the game and could have very easily got a point, after missing one and taking one of the two best chances during that period.
This would have been harsh on the visitors though, who themselves missed a number of chances in the second half which would have given the scoreline a much more realistic view.
Match Report to follow.
The home side were without key players again, manager Didwell will be hoping to be able to select from a full compliment next weekend as attention now turns to the first round of the Mummery Cup with the visit of the UEA (2pm kick off).
The Reserves were without a game this weekend.
