CUP FC pre-season schedule for 2018-19 finalised

Club officials have been busy since the end of last season organising the club's pre-season schedule for the coming 2018-19 season, which we are now pleased to announce.

Training started on Tuesday 26th June and is currently being held at the fantastic facilities of Girton College from 6.30 - 8.15pm. Two sessions have taken place with two more to follow until mid-week friendlies begin - training will then resume in August at the Cass Centre.

The first team have a minimum of five friendlies arranged, starting with Huntingdon United on Saturday 7th July at Cambourne Fitness & Sport Centre's 3G pitch, kick off is 2pm. They host Foxton in the first round of Fulbourn FC's Terry Wilson Memorial Trophy on Wednesday 25th July. If they progress, the semi-final is played on Tuesday 31st July and then the final is on Friday 3rd August.

The Reserves have a minimum of seven friendlies in preparation for the season ahead, starting with Hardwick on Saturday 21st July at Comberton Village College’s 3G pitch with a 1.45pm kick off. They play Girton United and Fenstanton in their group of the Cottenham Cup and one win would see them qualify for the Finals Day on Sunday 5th August.
