Academy Fitness Test results - Number 4 - 2017/2018 Season

Full fitness test results from the fourth batch of testing in the season before Christmas are now available to be viewed by all U13-U19 sides.

Hard copies will be placed up in The Quay Clubhouse and Cafe.
The next batch of tests which will be the fifth of the season to date will take place next Monday 15th January at the Quay 3G ran by academy sports scientist Ed Harper.
Well done to all involved and great to see so many improvements across the board which is very pleasing for us as staff and a club to see.
