Boys were all set up for another Friday night game at the Quay 3G, Not the nicest of nights but boys adapted well to cold and wet conditions.

The lads were up against a physical Shrewsbury side which started the game really well, Going 2-0 up within the first 20, However Great Reaction from the lads with Ben Williams slotting a ball through to James Hughes ( 25 ) to score a fantastic goal taking it around the keeper.

This spur’d the lads onto better football with better decision making, Again great move from Shrewsbury seen a few more goals go against the lads, However they were unfortunate to concede with playing so well, Couple Of mistakes from ourselves lead to more goals.

The last 20 the boys really switched it on, Great move from Ellis McQue onto Ben Williams, slotting through again James Hughes to get another goal to his tally ( 45 ) Lads also added another goal through a Shrewsbury mistake, James Hughes quick to act on it getting himself a hatrick (60 )

Another fantastic performance from the U10’s regardless the score, They deserved a lot more from the game with the quality they played.
