Enfield Ignatians RFC Platinum Anniversary 1949 - 2019

Annual General Meeting

By Keir Bonnar

AGM Thursday 22 June 2017

Ladies & Gentlemen,

As you are aware the Club’s Annual General Meeting is approaching on 22nd June 2017, and work is well underway in preparation for it.

One of the important tasks undertaken is to put in place the Club’s Officers for the forthcoming season, and we have been lucky once again to experience people’s generosity and willingness to give up their time, that most of the positions have been filled.

However, invariably there remains the 1st XV Manager position open, and that is why I am sending this circular, to ask if there is anybody amongst our membership who would be interested in getting more involved in the running of our fantastic club.

For those interested, rest assured that the returning Executive Committee members will give full a description of what the job involves, support and advice will be available if required and continued mentoring will always be accessible.

For your information, the Club Honorary Secretary role is a new one for the forthcoming season, following discussions held at the Executive Committee meeting, it was decided that we have a single Secretary role rather than a separate one for Senior and Youth Sections.

Please consider giving your time to us, I can assure you that you will find the experience enjoyable and fulfilling.

Please come back with your emails to either myself, David French, Chairman at david.french@rbs.com or Steve Baldwin, Youth Section Chairman at steve.baldwin@travisperkins.co.uk
