Prims started the brightest on a very wet pitch with the rain falling from 1pm. After 5 mins Sam Groves scored direct from a corner as everyone just watched the ball fall into the far post. Prims doubled their lead after 10 mins a Groves free kick was prodded in atthe back post by Jack Tyson.
Prims had many chances to increase the lead with Kurt Dallison and Groves both coming close.
After 32 mins Barrow pulled one back when they scored with a header at the post from a well taken corner.
With the rain continuing, the pitch getting heavier and more surface water appearing neither side created chances.
At half time the pitch needed forking and water being brushed around as the amount of water on the pitch could have seen the game not complete the 90 minutes
With the conditions not the best in the second half Prims were holding on to their lead and creating very few chances. Neither goalkeeper being tested but in the 85th minute a shot came in from Agar which Binks had covered but Bence Farago stuck out a leg and deflected the ball in to the opposite corner.
At the final whistle Prims had felt that they had lost 2 points which would have taken them out of the bottom 3
