Michael Hollingsworth returned to the starting line up with Rhys Lewis being unavailable. Ellis Storey was also back after his injury.
A fairly uneventful first half passed by without much to note for either side, it felt like a preseason friendly rather than the business end of the season.
The Gingerbreads in the second half upped themselves and started to look dangerous.
On 58 minutes they were ahead. Danny Meadows won a challenge in midfield and played the ball to Lee Shaw who broke free to slot home.
The Gingerbreads carried on and chances cane and went before finally getting a second.
Stefan Galinski found the ball dropping in front of him on the edge of the penalty area, his volley flew through the defence and into the back of the net.
From there it looked as if it was all over. However in the dying minutes Rushall's Jazz Luckie glanced a header beyond Kieran Preston.
The Gingerbreads saw out the final minutes to end our home campaign with another win and keeping the play off dreams alive.
Tuesday night The Gingerbreads travel to Coalville Town.
