Live music, real cider and great sausages - Hinckley's annual sausage and cider festival is back in 2017 with a fantastic musical line up.

30+ real ciders sourced from artisan producers around the country and from Leicestershire, and sparkling cider.

Street food stalls selling artisan hot dogs, Polish kielbasa and other speciality sausages, boerewors and griddled cheese and chorizo toasties.

ENTERTAINMENT FOR KIDS

There will be a giant slide and other inflatable fun for children. Charges apply to these activities.

Sunday is a family day when kids enter the festival for free.

TICKETS

You save money by buying tickets in advance. Tickets are £6 in advance and £8 on the day. Kids under 10 go free. Child (aged 10-17 yrs) £3 on Saturday. Family ticket for Saturday (2 adults and up to 3 kids) £15 in advance and £20 on the day. Under 10s go free. Sunday is our family day when all children get free entry to the festival.

The cider bar will run on a token system in 2017. Each token buys one half pint of cider. Tokens can be bought in advance - 5 tokens for £9 - or on the day - 5 tokens for £10 or 11 tokens for £20. Unused tokens are not refundable.

PARKING

There is ample, free parking at the club.

CAMPING

Camping is available on the club playing fields. £16 per pitch payable in advance. Parking alongside pitch. You can book your pitch with your tickets.

NOTICES

Hinckley Sausage and Cider Festival supports grass roots sport in Leicestershire as it helps to raise money for newly-promoted Hinckley RFC.

No-one under the age of 18 is permitted to drink or be served alcohol.

No alcohol is permitted to be brought into the festival. All bags will be checked on arrival.

Cider is available to take away in two pint containers. Cider ranges from £3.60 - £4 a pint. Lager, beer and a range of other alcoholic and soft drinks will also be available.

UNDER AGE POLICY: Anyone who appears under the age of 21 will be asked to provide identity to prove they are over 18. This rule will be strictly enforced.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

No alcohol, food (other than snacks for kids), or dogs are allowed into the event.

What is the refund policy?

If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, tickets will be refunded in full. Other than that, no refunds will be given.
