New Member Registrations

By Michael Parkin

Information on how to register as a Parent Member and pay Annual Junior Membership on-line.

If you are new to Pitchero the first step is to go through the registration process and apply for applicable roles in the club. As a parent it is essential that you apply for the role of 'Parent' but please feel free to also add club supporter and club member too.

Those who have already registered on Pitchero, you can manage your club membership and apply for the role of Parent.

Once you are in the parent registration section, you will be given the option to select all the teams that apply to you and then you will be asked to add your child. As you are typing their name a box will appear underneath where you are typing with the following: "Cant find the member you're looking for? click here to add a new member". Click this and you will be taken to the registration form for your child.

Please take time to fill in this registration form as accurately as possible as it is essential that each coach in charge of the group has the correct contact details at hand and that they have all the necessary medical information should your child require treatment.

For the code of conduct, please take time to read the Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct and ensure that your child is aware of the contents of the Player Code of Conduct. (see below).

Once you have completed the form (and agreed to the code of conduct), you can repeat the process for each of your children then select 'Apply'. At this point the webmaster will check over your application, approve it and assign the Junior Membership to each of your kids. You will receive an email confirming your application has been successful and at this point you can go to the payment section of the club homepage and pay the membership (please ensure that you have tagged your child on the payment). You currently have to go through this process separately for each child and the payment is in the form of a one off direct debit.

The information you provide for membership for both you and your child(ren), is not available to other members and treated in the strictest confidence. If there are any issues you would like to discuss separately from the form, please contact the secretary at secretary@huntlyrfc.com
