Kidlington’s Development side are in Hellenic Floodlit Cup action tonight (Yarnton Road Stadium, 7.45 ko).

They take to the field against a very strong Flackwell Heath tonight. This will be a flashback to some of the momentous tussles our first team had with the Heathens back in our Hellenic Premier League days. Flackwell Heath are again competing near the top of the Premier Division this year and have advanced in a number of cup competitions. Kidlington’s young development team go in as underdogs but are sure to give everything under the guidance of Nick East, Barry Hiles and Graham Rice.

They name a squad which has Jimmy Deabill, Mark Burton, Jamie Wyatt and teenager Harley Firkin missing.
