The division will see a radical change of direction for Blues who for a number of seasons have played most of their away games in the 'South' Division in the likes of Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire.
However for the new campaign, away trips have a distinctly more northern feel, with the majority of games around Merseyside, Manchester and Lancashire.
The line-up subject to any appeals is as follows:
Atherton Collieries
Brighouse Town
Clitheroe
Colne
Colwyn Bay
Droylsden
Glossop North End
Kendal Town
Kidsgrove Athletic
Leek Town
Market Drayton Town
Mossley
Newcastle Town
Prescot Cables
Radcliffe
Ramsbottom United
Runcorn Linnets
Skelmersdale United
Trafford
Widnes
The shake-up of the non-league pyramid sees divisions at Step 4 reduced to 20 teams, so Blues will only play 38 league games from next season.
The NPL's clubs at Step 4 voted in March to switch from a north/south geographical split to an east/west allocation for 2018-19 and beyond.
The new season's fixtures will be released in early July.
