u12's Rangers win LUFC Academy Tournament

Menston Rangers all set for the season after a competitive mornings competition...

Menston Rangers u12's won the LUFC Academy Cup at Bradford Goals on Saturday, having won 2 and drawn 2 of their 4 games. Despite the poor weather conditions; Rangers continued a positive pre-season with another competition win which in reality was deserved based on the football on show.

Menston beat Hunslet 3-1, Burley 3-0; whilst drawing 0-0 with Team Dynamo and Guiseley Blues. With some excellent football at times and some super goals in poor weather, the team did the club and their parents proud against some interesting approaches to the game.
