ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2017
Please find attached the agenda for the 2017 Annual General Meeting of the Old Leamingtonians RFC which will take place at The Crofts on WEDNESDAY 14th JUNE commencing at 7.30 p.m.
Any member wishing to raise an issue for inclusion on the AGM agenda should communicate the fact together with details of the issue to be raised, by completing the tear-off strip at the bottom of this letter and returning same for the attention of the Chairman, Old Leamingtonians RFC at the above address. Such issues should reach the Chairman no later than Wednesday 7th June 2017.
The Club Rules are displayed on the notice board in the foyer of the clubhouse and Notice of the AGM is similarly displayed. This notice is circulated in accordance with the club process in notifying membership either by email or post to their last recorded membership contact details as notified by that member to the Club Registration Secretary.
