Everybody Wants to Be A Beast...

The first two senior gym sessions have been held over Mon and Tue night. The uptake has been strong and the atmosphere created excellent, with close to 20 different players attending over the two nights. Those that have attended have bought in completely to the aims of this 6 week block and shown a willingness to put themselves through some hurt.

The standard has been set, the challenge is to maintain the work ethic and culture through the six weeks and beyond. We have talent and skill, this season we want it paired with a physical dominance that cannot be matched. It wasn't long ago the seniors went through a rough patch, those that are still in the squad know how good it was to bounce straight back up, they also know the work it required. Those that have attended have shown they are up to it. This will be our foundation, as a squad it needs to be made strong for the coming season.

The final session for this week will be held on Thursday, starting at 6pm. The session will be cut to an hour to allow all to attend the AGM at 7pm.
