The SRU are running a coaching workshop for players and coaches interested in 7's

The Course takes place Monday 5th March In the Smith Wallace 1925 Suite, Murrayfield Stadium, 18:30-21:00 and will take place Purely in doors and is free of charge

7’s Attack & Defence profile
Kick-off
Structure Vs Unstructured
Set Piece
Manipulating defences
Defensive shape
