U10s/U11s MINIS TOUR TO SHROPSHIRE - ITINERARY Day 1 - 27th April 2018: 0800 -0830- Meet at PRFC for Pre-Departure Introductions to Coaches, Tour Management and Players (..and parents!) Tour Code of Conduct, Bacon Rolls 0930 - Depart for Shropshire, with a stop or two on the way 1300 - Stop at Rugby School for lunch [tbc]. Boys/girls rugby training session with Mike Bayly, Director of Rugby at Rugby School, while parents have a tour of Rugby School focusing on the history of the sport of rugby. 1530 - Depart Rugby school 1700- Check-in on arrival at Condover Hall, Shropshire for 2 Nights . 1830- Supper at Condover Hall and evening to relax! Day 2 - 28th April 2018: Following 0800 am breakfast on-site at Condover Hall, you will begin your half day of activities at Condover Hall: Adventure Activities Half Day - With Qualified Condover Hall Staff - starting at 0900hrs (Children, with parents if they wish!) 1200 Lunch at Condover Hall 1230 Depart Condover for Sixways stadium - tour kit for children and (optional) fancy dress for parents 1500 - Watch Worcester Warriors v Harlequins @ Sixways Stadium 1900 - Supper Condover Hall 2000 -After Dinner Speeches and Season Awards Ceremony. Day 3 - 29th April 2018: 0745 Breakfast on-site at Condover Hall, we will check-out leave 0845hrs and make our way up by Coach to Telford Hornets Rugby Club: Festival Day - 0900hrs to 1400hrs Once the day's play is complete, we'll get back on our buses and head back down the motorway to Freelands. 1900- Approx arrival Time at PRFC and disperse for home. Please note: All timings are approximate and subject to change without notice depending on traffic/unforeseen circumstances/the whim of the management committee, so STAY ALERT!
