Redditch United boss, Tim Harris, says his side are "eager to get back out there" after last Saturday's visit of Royston Town was postponed due to snow and freezing conditions.
The Reds travel to Bishop's Stortford on Saturday (3pm KO) for an Evo-Stik South -- Premier encounter, and Harris has been delighted with the squad's attitude in training following the narrow away defeat to Biggleswade Town a fortnight ago and postponement at The TRICO last Saturday:
"The players have worked hard this week; they've shown a tremendous work ethic in preparation for a game that we are looking forward to and want to win.
"With only three away wins this season, all of us are aware that our form on the road needs rectifying. We want to take confidence from our unbeaten home run in 2018, though, cut out the mistakes, and replicate the performances that will allow us to bring three points back to The TRICO and please the Redditch United faithful."
Saturday's hosts, Bishop's Stortford, sit below The Reds in the league standings, but The Blues have won their last two home fixtures, scoring four on each occasion against St. Ives Town and Frome Town respectively.
And with former Premier League goalscorer, Jamie Cureton, likely to be involved for the home side at Woodside Park, Redditch will be need to be wary of the veteran; however, Harris said: "What we do is more important than the opposition."
Harris also revealed that Louis Ezewele is likely to be missing for another week to 10 days as he recovers from injury, but the manager can call upon new signing Tom Fishwick. The central defender linked-up with the squad in training this week and is available for Saturday.
