Shirebrook Town are back in action on Tuesday night in the Battle of Langwith Road as they host FC Bolsover in the Derbyshire Cup the sides have already met once this season on the opening day with Shirebrook running out 4-1 winners but Bolsover have had a steady improvement since then and will pose a big test to Shirebrook. Shirebook will be looking to get back to winning ways after Saturdays disappointing performance and result against Selby
Derbyshire FA will also be attending the game on Tuesday night and will be conducting the draw for the next round at half time of the game
Shirebrook manager Rob Camm had the following to say about the game
Its a Nice quick turnaround after Saturdays disappointing performance and result at Selby Town.
Saturday was disappointing for many reasons but more so than any the lack of fight and commitment we shown as a team. That sort of performance won't be accepted and we are all working hard to make sure the performance levels are more consistent in the future.
We will be looking for a reaction from the team and the upcoming games don't get any easier, so it's something we need to rectify quickly. There's no better opportunity for us to put things right than a local derby under the lights!
Bolsover have been steadily improving and adding to their squad as they get used to the league and we will have to be at our best if we are going to advance.
Your support as always is much appreciated so please come and support the boys
