Girls and Goals

Stamford Young Daniels have partnered with the Lincolnshire Football Association to put on a festival of football for young girls.
All girls aged 5-7 are invited to the Borderville sports centre on Saturday 26th May 11.30am – 1pm, for an afternoon of fun, festivities and football. Open to individuals and teams alike.
A 2018 study by the FA found that 80% of girls that are involved in football said that playing made them feel more confident and 58% said they had overcome a lack of self-confidence as a result of playing football.
