St Austell Colts are a friendly and competitive squad who always welcome new players and enjoy their rugby. The Colts squad plays in it own league around the county and is the springboard to transition into Senior Rugby (the Saints and Sinners teams here at St Austell RFC).

The Colts have their own permanent coaching staff and team managers and are run in an academy style. They train alongside the senior squads whilst learning their calls and strategies. This enables any Colt given the opportunity to 'play up' on a Saturday to seamlessly fit into the team.

Training usually takes place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 7 and 8:30pm with most of the fixtures being played on a Saturday.
