Our 2016/17 Award Winners .....

At the recent end of season dinner, trophies were awarded to the following:


Highest Points Scorer -
Harry Owens, who scored an amazing 238 points in the season!!!!

Players' Player -
Sipho Nobatana & Mike Reed (a joint award)

Most Improved Player -
Jack Farler & Callum Holway (a joint award)

John White award -
Maia Boucher-White & Kristian Richards (a joint award)

Kristian started playing for the first team when he was just 17 and has become a very useful player, excellent winger and he scored the winning try against Chipping Sodbury in the final minute of the game, a real asset to the 1st team with many more years to come.
Maia stepped in as Captain a few months into the season. She was selected to play for Gloucestershire and was picked as Captain for the final county game.
She has also won a place on the prestigious Ace programme at Hartpury College starting next year and has been selected for the South West of England girls U18 Team.

Saint's 1st XV secure playoff place Saint Mary's hard-fought win against a resurgent Frampton side ensures a playoff against the second placed side in Somerset Premier.
