Good First Season For The Under 16's

Newly formed Thornes Juniors u16s had their presentation day this week after a very good first season finishing 6th in Division Two of the Garforth League.

Club player of the year was awarded to team captain David Rushton for an outstanding season, with the runner up awarded to the ever consistant Callum Harnell.

Ben Burnett won the parent's player of the year with Luke McGraith as runner up. The players player of the year was also awarded to Ben Burnett in recognition of an excellent season.

Clubman of the year was awarded to Callum Kilian who has been inspirational all season.

Pictured is the u16 squad (missing is James Parkinson, Luke McGraith and Ethan Harrison.
