WADEBRIDGE Camels made it three wins on the bounce as they kept up the pressure on the leaders in Western Counties West with a hard-fought 21-14 derby victory over Truro at Molesworth Field.
The hosts led 14-7 at the break and still had hold of that seven-point advantage at the final whistle.
Camels’ tries came from Joe Pretty, Richard Treleaven and Russell House, with Danny Thomas adding all three conversions.
Truro responded with a first-half try by Craig Williams and one in the second period from player-coach Darren Jacques, with Williams improving both scores.
