The AGP is nearing completion and we must now learn the rules about using it.
The rules about footwear are -
Anyone entering the AGP fenced area must follow the strict rules about footwear: Astro trainers, flat-soled trainers and blades are not permitted.
Boots should have screw-in metal / moulded studs suitable for the appropriate sport. All footwear should be clean
There is no eating/food allowed on the AGP
Only water is allowed to be taken on to the area, no other drinks.
No animals are allowed.
No smoking or no chewing gum is allowed.
When booking the AGP -
(time is already booked for Walsall RFC, speak to Sara if you would like a specific booking)
Book the pitch via the RFU system Follow this link to book
Access to the changing rooms is not guaranteed, however if your booking requires changing rooms please contact the club directly to book.
To get the most out of your booking on the pitch please note your booking time needs to be inclusive of warm up/cool down and extra time (if required)

Use the attached ‘Accident and Incident Form’ for any accidents on the pitch during your session. This needs to be handed into the club, or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, upon completion.
