Cricket Ground Work Party

Thanks to those who made it up to the ground yesterday. Plenty of rubbish cleared, though only to the corner ready for the skip. We'll need some more help to get it all in the skip - fair bit of human power required there. Hedges and overgrowth also trimmed back with the fun of a fire to help.

So thanks to Michael Richards, Peter Teague, Roger Coombs, James Sewell, Simon Coombs, Huw Owen, Richard Hopcraft, Paul Maidment, Lewis Maidment, Deborah Maidment.

Unfortunately there we couldn't get any painting done. So will have to do that another time. There is still plenty of branches and overgrowth to clear and keep on top of over the next few weeks and through the season.

If you couldn't make it, need not worry there will be plenty more opportunity to help out.
