Week Commencing October 8th.

WRU II had an absolute nightmare! All three players, Jim, Joe T and Bernie were nowhere near form or the standards they set themselves and were deservedly beaten by 6-4. A night to forget, made even more disappointing as this was a match marked as one for the winning. The oppostion even admitted they were expecting to get beaten 10-0. But credit to them, they can only play what's in front of them and they performed splendidly!

WRU IV had a free week this week.

WRU III were playing against their own club mates in WRU V. New team WRU V prevailed in a close encounter by 6-4. Against some wily experienced campaigners in Jeff, Joe B and David, WRU V's Paul Q secured a triple in only his second ever match.

WRU I had an enormous task against the perennial Div 1 champions Ford 'A'.
