Start of contact rugby
In Under 9's the players progress on from Tag to contact rugby. They will learn about tackling and being tackled. The rules for this age group restrict the level of contact so it is a gradual progression.
New players are always welcome. We train on Sundays from 10:00am - 11:30am.
