There is no cost of proving club, league and county websites to your grassroots membership and initial network features such as content syndication and match data integration are free. Data capture tools and advanced content management system are priced per partnership specification.

Pitchero controls all network advertising and can prevent any brand conflicts from occurring. Pitchero can also work with the NGB to provided added value to existing partners, proving exposure across the network.

In most circumstances all data published within a Pitchero website will be driven via a data feed from the NGB. To update the content within this data feed, the grassroots members or NGB official must update the NGB system. Pitchero will not create or manage a separate system but publish, either publicly or privately, data already collected by the NGB.

Pitchero can block certain data fields from appearing within a Pitchero website unless they are streamed from an NGB data feed. Consequently unless the correct data is stored and up-to-date within the NGB data system the information will not show on a Pitchero website.
This system encourages all organisations, club, league and county to ensure all relevant data stored by the NGB is correct and up to date.

Pitchero can integrate a feed from the NGB’s existing system into all club, league and county websites. When the NGB system is updated all websites within the Pitchero network will be automatically updated.
This ensures the NGB stays in control of all match data. Furthermore Pitchero can capture additional information such as player and team statistics, match reports and photos. These data fields can then be captured by the NGB and used to identity talent and allocate coaching resources more effectively.

Pitchero will work closely with NGB to ensure all data is secure and never compromised.

Not necessarily. Pitchero believe all clubs, leagues and counties should be free to create a website using which ever platform suits them best. It is up to Pitchero to win the approval of your grassroots membership.

Yes. Pitchero has developed an advanced platform which can scale quickly and requires minimal support from Pitchero staff. Most websites are created in minutes and Webmasters requires zero training and very little direct support.

Much of the technology required to create the network is already built and live. Creating custom features requires further development time however we believe most networks can be live within 2-3 months of partnership agreement.

Yes. Pitchero provides free unlimited hosting. There is no limit to the number of pages you create or the number of videos and photos you may upload.
Pitchero provides 24-hour back-up and downtime is very rare. Hosting is provided by Rackspace, a multinational market leading company.
Support, if required, is provided by email. We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours.
