The Citizens make the short trip to Llandudno's Giant Hospitality Stadium on Boxing Day for the festive local derby on JD Welsh Premier League Matchday 19 (2:30pm Kick Off).

Disappointed by the goalless stalemate at Carmarthen Town on Saturday, Kevin Nicholson's Citizens will be seeking to make amends against the eighth-placed Seasiders.

Last season's corresponding festive fixtures saw honours shared as City won 2-1 at Nantporth on Boxing Day but lost 0-1 in the New Year's Day return at Maesdu Park.

The winning goal in the Boxing Day fixture was scored by late substitute Shaun Cavanagh who subsequently transferred to Llandudno in the summer. Another familiar face in the Seasiders ranks is Sam Hart who also departed Nantporth a year ago.

The Citizens should have a full-strength squad to choose from with experienced defender Tom Kennedy available again having served a one-match suspension on Saturday. Damien Allen does not feature as he continues his recovery from a groin operation.

Last season:
Bangor City 2-1 Llandudno (26/12/16)
Llandudno 1-0 Bangor City (1/1/17)
