This Saturday will see yet another away match for the Magpies as they travel to CPD Llanrwst.

Carl and the boys will look to build on a very impressive performance on the 3G Nant Porth pitch last Saturday. Coming out 3-1 victors in a hard fought cup win was not easy, but goals from captain Michael Irvine, Dave Harding and Paul Lewis sent mid table Mynydd Llandegai crashing out of the Cookson Cup.

Returning back to league action, the lads will look to make up for the home defeat on opening day. A game that saw Llanrwst go 2 goals ahead after 20 minutes, then go down to 9 men, only to hang on after Shane Jones converted a penalty.

Llanrwst come into Saturday’s game on the back of their first win in 5 games in the league, and currently sitting 4th in the league.
