Trafford MV's 1st XV take 5 wins on the bounce to league leaders Carlisle today. Injuries to Coach Crampton, Zac Crabb and Andrew ' Mooose' Moore plus the absence of some Colts meams the team travel a little light with Captain Quigley at scrum half and Patrick 'The Boot' Eccles at stand off !!!!! Good Luck lads.
The 2nd XV will be looking for a win as they welcome Thornton Cleveleys to MacPherson Park. Having won 10 out of the last 13 fixtures MV are in confident mood after shaking off a very poor start to the season to climb to 8th position. Well done and Good Luck Jon Lord and team.
The 3rd XV, led by Jordan Hughes, have gone through something of a rebuild this season following Daves illness and retirement from the game. The team has stuck together through tough times, recruited well and built a good on and off field team spirit which bodes well for next season. Today - well a tough trip to Macclesfield 4ths who sit second will not be easy but hopefully MV will handle the conditions better and the experience Macc will succumb to the heat !!!!!! Enjoy the post match end of season drink lads.
