North Road Brightlingsea is the destination for Sudbury and their supporters for the Easter Monday Ryman North clash between AFC and Regent.
The Essex side have risen through the ranks of the Essex Senior and the Thurlow Nunn leagues in quick succession and are more that holding their own in Ryman North currently sitting in eighth place and still in with a chance of a play-off place.
Regent have a couple of ex-AFC connections, their first team coach is Kevin Hughes who as a central defender played fifteen games between 2006 and 2008. Also in their squad is forward Russell Malton who played seven times and netted once in the 2010/11 season.
AFC Manager Jamie Godbold was happy enough after Saturday's home victory against Barkingside but was fully aware that the next game would be considerably harder.
In the AFC squad will be ex-Regent player Terry Rymer who will be looking to impress against his former team mates. Luke Callander and Craig Parker will be trying to continue their recent goal scoring feats, while Marcus Garnham will want a clean sheet after the disappointment of conceding a goal on Saturday.
