Both Saints and Sinners are back in action this Saturday. Our Sinners fresh from an excellent performance against Bodmin take on Bude at home with a 2:30 start.

For the Saints it is one of those games that come around every once in a while, away to Devonport Services. The home win against Crediton coupled with the draw Services had against Camels, saw the Saints leapfrog them to top the league for the first time this season. Fate has decreed that the top 2 sides play next.

It's always be nice to be top but the season is just over a third of the way through and there is a still a lot of rugby to play. Nonetheless it's a sign that things are on the right track and that's always re-assuring.

Both sides have been in sparkling form this season with a 2 point loss to Torquay and a draw against Camels the only blemish on Services record. The Saints are on an 8 match winning run in the league and are keen to keep that momentum going.

Games between us have always been pretty tight but the statistics show that Services have won 2 out of our last 3 visits to Rectory Field so maybe they feel they have the whip hand in this one. It's all set up for a fascinating encounter at 2:30 at the Home of Devonport Services and I am sure that both sides will be looking to deliver that important win.

If you can make it up I know the lads would be delighted to hear you cheering them on and I know what great hosts Services can be. If you can’t get to Plymouth then the Sinners game should give you your weekend rugby fix. Both games kick off at 2:30 so let's hope for two cracking games .... COYS !!!!
