Match Preview

The first XI travel to Nantwich on Saturday hoping to extend their run to eight league wins on the bounce. Nantwich who are unbeaten in five weeks are captained by Ray Doyle and include Ireland international Niall O’Brien within their squad.

Chester come off the back of a strong victory chasing down 243 against Bramhall at home on Saturday. Cheshire captain Lee Dixon will be looking to continue his fine form which has included an unbeaten century and half century respectively. During the week all-rounder Jack Williams picked up 12 wickets in the match and he will be hoping to build on the performance going into the weekend.
