On the weekend of the Ipswich Town v Norwich Football derby, SEVEN sponsored Ipswich are the advance party as they look to put 4th Placed Norwich Dragons to the sword, in the East Premier League.

With a break in the league for half term, Ipswich have enjoyed a weekend off but the team are keen to prove that won't stop their great run of form. The Suffolk side are on a 4 game winning streak that has seen them cement 2nd place and close the gap on league leaders Bedford to 3 points, however they do have 2 games in hand.

Norwich however will be no push over, the home team drew 1-1 with Bedford recently and were surprise losers to Cambridge University in their last match. The result when the teams met at Tuddenham Road was 6-3 to Ipswich and the game saw a flurry of cards for the Norfolk side. Ipswich will be keen to ensure another good first half performance this weekend and once more will be looking to leading striker Chloe Williams to carry on her scoring run.

"This is a testing game for us" said Captain Emma Millar "Norwich will have home advantage and be keen to prove the result against us back in October was a blip. I am happy though with the way we have been playing and for us it is continuing to do the things that have brought us success in the past 4 games. I have no doubt it will be an exciting match and hopefully we can get a derby win and inspire Ipswich Town to do the same on Sunday"

Megan Dawson is unavailable due to work commitments but Shen Dedic comes into the squad and will make her first appearance for the 1's in 2017.
