Camborne give Noah and Lewis SW Premier League debuts
Selectors have handed a South West Premier league debut to Cornwall u20's lock Noah Stanier-Smith, a former Colt who returned to the club during the Summer. There's also a debut for versatile back Lewis Thomas who signed from St Ives. Lewis a former Redruth colt and Cornwall u20 will start his first SW Premier match on the wing.
There's a first league start in 17 months for County lock Tony Whittle following a season out due to work commitments. Former Hartpury flyer Alex Ducker starts at full back, the prolific try scorer who had an excellent record whilst at National 2 Redruth will be hoping to add to his tally in his return to the Cherry & Whites.
Another former Championship player Rhodri Mcatee has been selected at Fly half, where it's hoped his quick turn of pace will give the team an attacking edge.
Royal Navy 7's star Taff Roko starts on the wing, the hard running wide man will be looking to repeat his try scoring feat from April's visit to Ivybridge.
With Cornwall scrum half Taron Peacock, Centre Jake Champion and South West u20's centre Declan Matthews also in Town's back division they will certainly carry a threat on a 3G surface which is ideal for running rugby.
